We aim to help children use spoken language with confidence and effectiveness. Talk is a vital skill which is strongly valued as part of the Talk for Writing process, across the curriculum and all year groups.  Our children take part in a range of activities which actively promote and extend their use of oral communication through Literacy lessons, Drama, Role-Play and class / group discussion times. The teaching and enhancing of oracy is an aspect of our provision that is currently under further development.
