School Meal Information
School meals are prepared on site via Newcastle City Cuisine. Menus follow a three week cycle (see below) and are carefully designed to provide a healthy balanced meal. Vegetable, salad and fruit are available each day. The cost per day is £3 or £15 per week.
All children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are eligible for a Universal Infant Free School Meal. If your child in Years 3 - 6 is not eligible for a free school meal then school meals must be paid for in advance of your child having the meal. Payments are made online via the parent portal.
If your child is eligible for a free school meal, please apply, even if your child prefers a packed lunch. This helps the school receive more funding to support your child's education. It may also mean you could access meal vouchers in the holidays. A Free School Meal Application Form can be collected from the school office, or by using the following link

Allergen Information
In accordance with allergens legislation introduced on 13th December 2014 the kitchen staff hold all the relevant information on the 14 listed allergens that need to be identified as ingredients in a dish. Further information is available on request.
Packed Lunch
If your child brings packed lunch, please ensure it is in a clearly marked container. No glass bottles, nuts, fizzy drinks, chocolate or sweets please! Please remember that we are a 'Nut Free School' so NO NUTS!
School Milk
School milk is available free of charge to Nursery children.
Water Bottles
It is school policy to encourage pupils to drink plenty of water. Pupils are provided with their own water bottles to use in school and should not bring their own in to school. Water bottles are labelled, for children's individual use and cleaned regularly.
