Swimming in 2023 - 24 will be for years 5 and 6.  They will attend Gosforth swimming pool each day of the week for a period of 2 weeks and will receive a 45 minute swimming lesson led by qualified instructors. Coach travel to and from the pool will be provided by the school.

Children will need to come to school prepared with a swimming costume and towel each day. Swimming hats and goggles are allowed but are not compulsory. 

As swimming is part of the school's PE curriculum, all children will participate in lessons. If you have any concerns about your child swimming, please come and see us and we can discuss the lessons in more detail with you. If your child cannot take part in the lesson, please inform the school office.
